2. User Accounts
Upon registration, users will receive access to a personalised learning or client portal.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.
A.R Coaching Academy is not responsible for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
3. Payment Terms

All programmes, courses, and services must be paid in advance or according to the agreed payment plan.

Once your portal is created and access is granted, all payments become non-refundable.

If you cancel before starting, only unused one-to-one or group sessions may be eligible for partial refund consideration.

Setup fees, onboarding fees, deposits, and course fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the course or portal has been accessed.
4. Holding Deposits
Holding deposits are used to reserve your place on a course, programme, or training package.
Once a deposit has been paid, administrative processing begins immediately, including time allocation, scheduling, and portal setup.
For this reason, holding deposits are strictly non-refundable but may be credited towards a future course, event, or transferred to another individual (at the Academy’s discretion).
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
All client information and coaching sessions are treated as strictly confidential.
We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and complying with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
Any materials, strategies, or resources shared are for your personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or disclosed without written consent.
6. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
By participating in any session, course, or training provided by A.R Coaching Academy, you agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary materials, discussions, client stories, and methodologies shared.
Unauthorised use or disclosure of confidential content is a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Digital Courses: Once any digital course or downloadable content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.

Events and Workshops: All ticket sales are non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to a future event if you’re unable to attend. Tickets are transferable but not exchangeable for cash

Coaching Programmes: Payments for coaching programmes are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.

8. Limitation of Liability
A.R Coaching Academy and its representatives are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage (direct or indirect) resulting from participation in our services.
Results vary based on each individual’s commitment, engagement, and application of tools provided.
Under no circumstances shall the Academy’s total liability exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

All materials, content, and resources—whether in written, audio, or video form—remain the exclusive property of A.R Coaching Academy Ltd.
No part of the materials may be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.
10. Health and Well-being Disclaimer
